  • Special Edition: Coffee with Research
    2021

Café com Pesquisa is an event promoted by the Institute of Higher Education of the South of Maranhão-IESMA/Unisulma, aiming at the dissemination of knowledge and consolidation of scientific research in the South of Maranhão region.

In its third edition, the scientific event returns with an interdisciplinary bias, which has been the institutional "personality" of Unisulma. It thus becomes not only a moment of academic dialogue within the proposing institution, but a moment of dialog between higher education institutions in the Tocantins region.

The respective Annals not only have works from the main universities and colleges in the region, but with an increasingly extensive thematic range, with publications ranging from the social and human sciences to the life and health sciences. Participation of students and teachers, from all levels of education, undergraduates, graduates, specialists, masters and doctors.

  • Annals of the 14th Unisulma Legal Conference
    2022

The 14th Unisulma Legal Conference: "Fundamental Social Rights and the Rights of People in Situations of Vulnerability" is a type of academic research developed by undergraduate law students who show an interest in scientific research. In general, the students who take part in this activity have little or no experience in research work, so it represents an opportunity for academics to get involved in scientific research.
Scientific initiation is a vitally important activity for undergraduate students, encouraging the formation of new researchers who, through research projects with academic quality, a scientific basis and appropriate guidance, develop their knowledge, experience and expertise.

The 14th Unisulma Legal Conference: "Fundamental Social Rights and the Rights of People in Situations of Vulnerability" was held by IESMA / UNISULMA on November 16 and 17, 2022 with the aim of disseminating research work, providing an exchange of information and experiences in an environment conducive to this activity. It also sought to encourage and stimulate the development of a vocation for the fields of science and technology in undergraduate students, to qualify the undergraduate student body for entry into postgraduate programs, to improve the process of training legal professionals to work in the various sectors of society and also to encourage teachers and researchers to engage undergraduate students in the process of scientific research.
